- Easy installation but removing the old bump stops mounting plate is a bit hard. Have your minivans in a lift and scrape the old bubber out until you can see the metal plate, find something sturdy like a pry bar or chisel that you can fit a corner into the hoe and start pounding away to loosen it. Then you could spin it off by hand. REMEMBER you're working upside down so make sure you're spinning it the correct way
